Professional workshops for massage therapists, bodyworkers, physical therapists, and movement practitioners.
10 Hours In-Person
This foundational training introduces massage therapists and wellness practitioners to the core principles of Ayurvedic medicine and practitioner self-care. Students will explore the Ayurvedic understanding of the doshas, digestion and vitality, daily self-care rituals, Abhyanga self-massage, basic yoga practices, breathwork techniques, and cleansing habits that support nervous system balance and long-term practitioner longevity.
Certificate upon completion: AYA Ayurvedic Foundations for Bodyworkers
Completion of this training is required prior to enrolling in Abhyanga Massage and Ayurvedic Reflexology courses.
15 Hours In-Person
Abhyanga is a deeply nourishing Ayurvedic oil massage designed to calm the nervous system, detoxify the body, and restore energetic balance. In this course, students learn traditional techniques, therapeutic oil application, and rhythmic strokes that stimulate circulation, lymphatic flow, and vitality. This training teaches practitioners how to deliver a profoundly grounding and rejuvenating treatment.
Certificate upon completion: AYA Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage Practitioner
15 Hours In-Person
Ayurvedic reflexology focuses on stimulating reflex points in the feet that correspond to organs, systems, and energy pathways throughout the body. This course teaches practitioners how to use targeted pressure techniques to improve circulation, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Students will learn practical skills to deliver powerful and restorative treatments.
Certificate upon completion: AYA Ayurvedic Reflexology Practitioner
40 Hours In-Person
This certification program combines Ayurvedic theory, Abhyanga oil massage, and Ayurvedic reflexology into a comprehensive bodywork training designed for modern practitioners. Students learn the energetic principles of Ayurveda and develop hands-on skills that restore balance, support the nervous system, and promote deep healing through therapeutic touch. This immersive training provides practitioners with powerful techniques they can immediately integrate into their professional practice.
